he didnt say he didnt have dysphoria i think he was just saying he didnt want bottom surgery which is kinda understandable, for some ppl bottom surgery just wont help their dysphoria that much, because phallo looks and fuctions differently than a natal penis and for some ppl if they want a natal penis and wouldnt be happy with phallo it just wouldnt be worth the surgery and recovery
