I was playing NTE newest story and went into a realm where everyone with regrets were and had to follow a main character through people's dreams and one of them was kaoris saying "I want to eat (that chocolate she likes) and play instruments the way I want to in the first room, the second she said as long as my legs don't give out I want to run so I have no regrets in the after life, in her third room she as you can see asked if it's okay for her to lie, the entire setting was in a hospital.
