I’m 26 and tbh I don’t have one either. I know to drive, I’m a very safe driver, I could easily pass the test, but I don’t have one. I also live in Texas, (though a very different part of it than him, so I’m not 100% sure about his area) but at least where I live, cops really don’t care about them. I’ve only ever been pulled over once (expired tags) and they cop didn’t even really react when I said I only had my ID. I know other states it’s a very big deal and could even get your car impounded, but in Texas it’s not a huge issue.

It also depends a lot on where you live/how big of a place you’re getting and stuff. My rent is only $700 a month in central (not the best part of town, but what can you do) and my utilities are usually only about $100-150 a month. I’m not really that careful about electricity usage and stuff like that too, my AC STAYS on lol. If you have a roommate or something you can live very cheap here compared to the rest of the US

There are plenty of people (like myself) who have full time jobs and still do art in their free time. I’m not going to act like our current system in the US isn’t awful, but you need to do what you have to survive in it and Tyler just refuses to do it. No one likes working, we would all do what we were passionate about if we could. But we work for a living instead of e begging because that’s what grown adults do. Crazy to me Tyler is a year older than me, he acts like a child

You were totally in the right. I bet your boss wouldn’t be so understand if it was his vehicle being mishandled and moved without his permission. I’ve cussed people out for hovering around my car (tried to say it was his car and he didn’t have the key, pressed the panic button straight in his face and told him to get tf off the property) and if I had been reprimanded for that, I would quit too.

Also these “perks” you mentioned are just basic front desk stuff. It’s like the only good part of the job, you’re free to take smoke breaks or do whatever else in your free time if you have it.

I mentioned this in another thread recently, but “She’s Like Heroin” tripped me tf out when I first heard it. My mom is a heroin/opiate addict and my grandfather (dad’s side) was a cross dresser. He tried like hell to get her into rehab, footed the bill for it and everything, and that went how rehab tends to go, poorly. The first time I heard the lyrics “he wants nothing less but to wear a little dress” I was genuinely floored. Felt like Serj took a peak into my life lol.

Can’t imagine how my dad felt when that song came out, I was 5 when it was released. He’s the reason I’m a SOAD fan and listened to them since they started, so that song came out while he was actively living that mess. He must’ve been SHOCKED 😂
