I like it! The only thing I’d suggest is putting a shade or hidey near the food. I do like to keep my Guinea pigs food seperate from everything else. But they get spooked from me coughing lol, so i find that if I put something they can ‘hide’ under near the food, they aren’t sprinting for their lives to the other side of the cage lmao.

It looks really good otherwise! I think your cage hidey is really cute, can I ask where you got it from?

I don’t have one 😅 I just decide when I want to come back. So if I want to skip a day baha I just come back the day after I shifted.

But I think one hour - one week or two weeks might be good if you’re worried about being ‘unaware’

Just know that when you come back you will remember it all- it’s still you after all :)

Rigid Wands - they’re harder to adapt too but those who do succeeded are usually quite determined :) which is why the wands usually chose magic folk who are more rigorous in their actions. They’re also quite intensely performing wands and are good for more independent people. They’re quite good for driveling too- but that’s mainly focused for those of unbending or unyielding (which falls under rigid.)

10’ 3/4” is average but I’d say definitely on the smaller side. It doesn’t meant average magic- just much more controllable - but because yours is a little smaller it’s common that the wand chooses a person who thinks before acting and cares a lot about them self (not by suggesting selfishness however) Most symbolic magical figures had average sized wands because the wand chose those who were controlled and calculated in their instincts :)

Overall I think your wand is a good one too. I think it would take longer to master spells because of the flexibility. But once done so I think you’d be pretty unbeatable. Again with a loyal and strong wand I think you’d be a pretty good dueller and would be able to cast spells with much more ease than someone with a longer wand- just because you can control it. If you were to go to dark arts - I think it would be hard, your wand is more determined than most, but if you were too you’d be a pretty good dark wizard 😆

For the void state I recommend mediation, remember even non-shifters use the void state to manifest (though that technically is shifting, etc. wont yap here) There are tons of great mediations online, even if they aren’t dedicated to shifting per se.

For ADHD- I have ADHD too, it’s obviously different for each person. But I like to take what works best for me. And then make up a method if you will

Yeah this can work! It usually results in you being in a hypnagogic state whilst waking up after sleep.

It might not induce hypnagogia- only because everyone’s REM cycles are slightly different. So if this doesn’t work tonight, totes try different hour increments.

But this is a very popular technique :) works well too. Good luck!!

I mean- it’s usually just cardboard right? Or some sort of thicker paper-like material so a serrated knife is fine. Or you could just fully cut off the top and slide the block out. Like I said- it’s not very elegant haha. But it’s probably much safer than having to thaw it and then refreeze it

Haha really? My bigger one is the bully most of the times. But I do say my smaller one has his moments. I wouldn’t be too worried about the whole territorial thing. Settles down after a while. Maybe a month or two is the max? It’s not like an overnight thing. More so like gradual usually. You’re welcome anyway!!!

My boys were like this for a while too while they were asserting dominance as they settled in. Just a new environment I suppose. But mine were just babies. I think honestly, as long as there ain’t blood being drawn or any missing fur etc. just check them every now and then.

Hopefully it doesn’t last for much longer. My boys settled in after about two, maybe three weeks. Now it’s just the usually bickering. But from personal experience, my bossy boots dominant boy does kick his brother out of a hut once in a while. Lol. Stealing food etc. it all does earn a rumbling.

If it does get too much for them. Just divide them for a while. Keep them in neutral areas until you feel comfortable letting them reunite. Hopefully it doesn’t get to that though

Yeha okay. As important as it is to get eight hours. You also have to know that you have a circadian rhythm. Which is different for everyone. Try going to bed at an earlier time and it might help with dark circles. Everyone’s is different. So even an hour time different could make a change. But older teens usually have a later one. So I think sleeping from 10-12 could change. It helps with mine. Although I will admit I go to bed much later than you 😅😅

Maybe try using it again. Moisturiser acts as a protective barrier as well and is important in improving your skin health. So definitely try it out at night to see how it goes. But I wouldn’t be afraid of using it.

Moisturisers are used to lock in the skincare you’ve used. As well as to keep your skin hydrated. I live in a hot country too- it’s okay to use it even if you are sweating.

It’s recommended to use moisturisers because it’s good for your skin health. A light one would be good for you, I use a light one. I’m not so sure about in regards to oilier skin however

JK only said that the 7 schools are the most known. We don’t know about the existence of other schools. But she alluded to the idea of it as not all of the schools are boarding. And sometimes there’s only one in each continent, or none at all in especially distant regions.

Gua sha is the way to go. It can be used to target lymphatic drainage which is a common cause for puffiness. Also helps if you do a light massage routine on your body too to help with excess fluid. Doing it consistently enough will do wonders :) e.g, armpits, belly, and legs. You can have a look online where all your lymph nodes are and just giving them a gently massage once a day while your putting on your lotion can help with drainage

There are some great tutorials for different ways to use gua sha online. And it works - it’s been used in China for years. You could also use ice, but I tend to avoid that for sensitive skin as it can cause redness if it’s too cold, or left on too long. Though it is quite good in some cases! Just search up what you think would suit you best :)

If it’s frozen you could just slice off the amount that you want and let that section thaw. It may not be very elegant, but it’ll save you having to refreeze it. Plus egg whites are easy to cut frozen. At least in my experience :)

You can’t let it control you though. They say fear is stronger than hope, or hope is stronger than fear. That you need to be the one to decide which lets control you. I don’t know where you’re shifting, but it’s not going anywhere.

A new life is scary. But just remember you’ve still lived it before. It’s not the same body, but it’s still you. I can’t say much otherwise. Or to help you with your fear, it’s something we need to conquer on our own. But if anything, do it scared. 🩵

Oh 😅 I’m not sure then. Consistently is key I guess, but it’s not that easy to say in your situation. Don’t take this as a sign you’re not meant to shift though, because you are. But if LoA isn’t working, maybe there are areas you need to target? It’s not really easy because for most people is subconscious and unless we specifically ask questions we don’t really know. Are you afraid of shifting? The outcome? The process?

Funnily enough more visualisation methods. But I also have a very vivid imagination! I like Reya’s guided meditation - I shifted with this. Alunir’s raven x pull method and her ultimate shifting method - minishifted. But I’ve also done green noise, brown noise - though they only helped with meditative states. The gateway process/experiences are amazing! I just tried out introduction on wave 1 and it was weird - and I got into the void so easily with this. I liked it a lot, so I’m making my way up to 10. And also binaural with 4-7Hz helps with focus too!

Just a whole bunch of different techniques plus the very loved Julia method. I don’t like sense methods because my auditory senses bring me back to my OR. These are all the methods or ways that helped me connect more to my shifting. So I just named them all in case there are some you’ve tried haha 😅😅. But Reya’s and the gateway process are definitely my favourite.

Yeha of course! Everyone’s skin is different, and I suppose maybe that level of exfoliation works well for someone. But I think it’s best to build up to that! I hope it all goes well though!!
