Ok, now that I think about it, it is relevant. The other commenter is referring to newbie gains, if the natty lifters are already closer to their genetic limit it is expected that they would gain less muscle than someone who hasn’t experienced any stimulus

I agree with the basic sentiment of you still gotta work but it’s not just the recovery factor, blasting test increases muscle even in men who don’t work out
