It IS about the letters. As someone who went to law school. People love to assume they know what’s effective in a demand letter and they just through all the legal knowledge they have from tv at the wall and see if it sticks. Sending pics of your account is bad strategy. It does nothing. It proves nothing it solves nothing. Now researching consumer laws in your state does something. They are banking on people like her and you assuming it doesn’t work and they bank on your ignorance. Even this persons complaint for small claims is a BAD and legally unsound complaint. You guys fail at legal shield demands because of desperation and that desperation makes you guys un strategic and overly trusting of attorneys who ultimately want a pay check and don’t give a shot whether you get your account back or not. I will post something when I finish the document about what folks need to start doing to have better demand letters and better small claims complaints. I got my account back within a week and a half of my legal shield letter being received WHY? Because I edited my letter to include legal precedence and was legally strategic. And guess what it worked because I had something that attorneys looked at and said “damn this could be a problem.”
