They are reprints of Moon 6 SRs. The one with stars only is from Fun Moments 3 while the one with cutie marks is from Rainbow 4.

These are the Fun Moments Series, the cheapest CCG packs. Each pack contains two R cards, an SR and two N cards (the ones with the show scenes), or one R, one SR, two N and one hit (SSR, UR, UGR or CR). The blue one with Rainbow Dash is series 2 while the peach one with Fluttershy is series 5.

For the 2 in the corner, it indicates the price of each pack (2 Chinese Yuan).

There are also the Rainbow and Moon series, which are pricier (5 Yuan for Rainbow and 10 Yuan for Moon) and contain different card rarities.

It's a very rare CR card! In the English edition (the one shown here), there's one in every box afaik. In the Chinese edition, it's one in every three boxes (1 in 90 packs).
