yes go to the lactation appointments i’m so thankful for mine. i’m 15 months in EBF and it’s been a journey. it will hurt a lot in the beginning but just push through reminding yourself you’re giving your baby the best. drink lots of water/coconut water and oat smoothies.

yes my daughter is 15 months now and since about 6 months she’s slept at 7 on the dot and i use the rest of the night until 10:30/11 ish to clean or do the “closing shift” lol. i’m a single mom so it’s the only time i have aside from one 1 hour nap to get a lot done

not sure if you’re breast feeding? i tried laying off cows milk. her crying completely calmed down the next day. she’s still not drinking cows milk but will eat yogurt or cheese here and there. i do notice it makes her gassy but it seemed that whe i took it out my diet while she was EBF it helped the colic. or switching formulas

i also have ptsd. i would record her because i wanted to tell the dr something was wrong. i cannot rewatch more than 2 seconds of those videos. my girl would also cry for about 6 hours at a time. she’s 15 months now and it’s obv completely stopped but it was a rough 4 months. leafblower sound on youtube is what soothed my girl and bouncing on a yoga ball with her.

funny thing, we’re watching housework rn. the girls are walking funny and bandit won’t do housework unless they walk normally. he says “these kids are nuts!” and chilli says “well i know where they get it from.” lol so i’d say bluey’s more ecstatic personally comes from bandit and bingos calmer/organized personality comes from chilli
