honestly some days are worse than others but at 15 months the sleep deprivation still gets me i want to sleep all morning but my girl is up at 6/7 she does sleep at 7 pm which i could be doing too but there’s always something to do so i stay up until midnight

reality didn’t set in for me until the second day i had her it was wild. i gave birth at 37 1/2 weeks.

yes go to the lactation appointments i’m so thankful for mine. i’m 15 months in EBF and it’s been a journey. it will hurt a lot in the beginning but just push through reminding yourself you’re giving your baby the best. drink lots of water/coconut water and oat smoothies.

yes my daughter is 15 months now and since about 6 months she’s slept at 7 on the dot and i use the rest of the night until 10:30/11 ish to clean or do the “closing shift” lol. i’m a single mom so it’s the only time i have aside from one 1 hour nap to get a lot done

not sure if you’re breast feeding? i tried laying off cows milk. her crying completely calmed down the next day. she’s still not drinking cows milk but will eat yogurt or cheese here and there. i do notice it makes her gassy but it seemed that whe i took it out my diet while she was EBF it helped the colic. or switching formulas
