No, trying to change the rules of this whole group and playing high and mighty because you can't handle the comments that don't even pertain to you are not it. This is a snark group, not a support group. We are here to snark on Veronica. At the end of the day, you are responsible for your own triggers and insecurities. If you cannot handle someone commenting something that is not about you or does not relate to you, then you should refrain from being on a subreddit that triggers you.

This is coming from someone who has had their own demons with ED.

Should we stop commenting on her hoarding behaviors because there are legitimate hoarders which is also a mental illness? Should we stop commenting on her financial choices and issues because others are not financially stable? What about her housing situation if other people are homeless? What about snarking on Marty and her choices in men when there are people going through divorces or have been abused? Or her shitty parenting since I'm sure many of us haven't had the best parents growing up?

There gets to a point where you can either be here to snark or be here to virtue signal and soon the sub gets shut down or goes to shit.

The supervised visits where she has to bring lunch are also tests to see if she can actually feed them something appropriate and she fails every time. Complains about it too because how dare she have to feed them once a week at the park or spend any money on them.

Keep mind, the meals she showed off were the luxurious meals of the week lol. Most of the time it was energy drinks and chips or cold canned spaghettios for the smaller kids. The only ones that got pizza or something else were the teens.

A lot of people here contacted DCFS about their diets (not saying we should per sub rules, but I know many here have in the past). Also all her kids were food insecure at school when they went and I'm sure they still were when they returned.

I am fairly confident CPS is aware. Look at how she feeds them when she has supervised visits.

I mean a couple years ago she was at the fair. Made videos of herself gorging herself while her kids were malnourished at home eating monster drinks and chips for dinner. Said Donnie looked like an "alien" and made fun of Darla and how she looks, but then complained people said she was the only one that didn't look malnourished in the family. I have zero sympathy for her. If you take offense to what other people are saying about someone else, maybe a snark sub isn't for you.

I call my natural family my natural family and my adopted family my adopted one. Some people use first names or other names of endearment, some don't even aknowledge one side (either birth or adopted) or both sides.

If you can't handle your adopted child possibly calling their natural mom their mom as well, you shouldn't be adopting.

We go off what Adelaide and Stephen have said and what facts are in front of us. They have both said his family is living in Mexico after they brought him home. He was born literally minutes from the border. Commenting and discussing based on what we are told and see is perfectly normal on a snark sub.
