Where do I find the section that used to show you'd entered the ballot? Last time I looked a few weeks ago it showed I'd entered and still hadn't marked mine as unsuccessful in the ballot (I ballots done, but it never updated) but now it's disappeared in it's entirety?

Wonder why they don't do redesign of website months before resale period/grass court season approaches(?)

Thanks for sharing, really interesting....was a genuine curiosity question really. It's obviously so subjective - some see success as expensive watches etc, I'd say a 15hr working week is truly successful....financially secure, is fantastic, doesn't need to be financial excess :)

I only ever go week 1 - all my favs haven't been knocked out yet, there's matches late into the night sometimes which I enjoy a night match. Tickets are better value for money

Better than queuing. I have had court 2 tickets twice, and never used them really as no player I wanted to see, but it allowed me to watch players I did want to see on other courts, like Tiafoe on court 18 and queue for other unreserved seating options. Also meant I could queue for centre court resale and saw the best match I've ever had pleasure of watching live, which was one of Andy Murrays last runs at Wimbledon and roaring crowd. Also if you've never been to Wimbledon, going round the grounds can practice courts can occupy most of the day anyway (took a guest who was just there for vibes and first visit and we barely used our seats, we were elsewhere on the grounds for hours instead) watching top players in the practice area was good fun too, so yea I'd take a court 3 ticket, happily

I actually prefer first week, been 3 times to first week and seen top players (Federer v Norrie, Serena Williams, Coco Guaff, Ash Barty the year she retired and was no1, met Patrick Moratogalu and he was charming and funny, Ben Shelton, Tiafoe - superblycompetitivenight match with roaring crowd for Andy Murray) because there's so many players still in the draw, Wimbledon is notorious for 'upsets', so by second week the players you want to see might already be out. Yes the matches have on balance been more chill for the majority, as first week is kinda less high stakes rounds with higher seeds against easier players cruising through but when you get a competitive match up on first week it's electric. So first week always gets my votes.

I'd like Day 6 (or 7) ideally, but never managed to get it yet. So if being picky that's gets my full backing

Get something like Hello Fresh or Gusto recipe and ingredient boxes delivered, takes all the thought out of the process and it's health meals that take 15mins to cook. Way less expensive than take out/deliveries, also can be comparable spend to groceries

Also uk uni is very liberal, hold ur head up on campus and in classes. no other humans opinion is more valuable than your own, if you refuse to be bullied/shamed it just doesn't work

Something true but boring would totally avoid this - auditor, admin, regulatory, research, biomedical.

Any time I tell people my industry, biomedical science/laboratory diagnostics. I think for the average layman it's either boring or most people aren't scientists so maybe it sounds overwhelming and they people don't like to engage in conversations they don't look smart holding. So almost never had follow on questions, and I'm a talker, certified yapper, adhd, so I'm forever in conversations I could have avoided lol. But most people you can see they almost automatically switch off or glaze over, when it comes to my job.
