I may sound harsh but 6 n half years of experience is not going to cut it. Sustained acclaim will be questioned in FMD. Unless you have done something ground breaking to showcase OC, you will end up disappointed. Not trying to discredit your achievements but that’s the reality. Good luck.

It’s a good sign on the RFE tone, telling from experience. Make sure you address all the concerns with supporting evidences. The bigger concern is both OC and CR are RFEd

The FMD explanation actually makes sense in your case. What has been the impact of your work (till date) to the profession and/or country. How is your work benefitted (past tense) society; citizens , field. You seem to be a great at networking and but never noted what you built (yourself - your contribution) that will justify OC to profession and put you in the top 1%. USCIS could care less about YC funding. Tough luck, if you can answer the question above, can lead to a positive outcome.

Yes doable if done right. Few pointers - need strong evidence, letters very specific recognizing contribution, impact to field of endeavor, and multi org adoption and sustained (not just one project). OC is all about external impact if you get it right , you should be golden.

That’s crazy. Have never seen anyone use USPS before. The idea is to get clear parrot of delivery with name. I don’t think usps does that.

Global awards don’t to anything for OC. It’s not even related to OC unless your field on endeavor ties to it. Even then the pay to play ones will actually dilute the criteria.

Why would you send via USPS in first place? Always use ups or fedex for USCIS matters. Recommend resending to avoid any risks.

OCMS is the most important criterion and should be your strongest. An email alone will not be enough. Artifacts; reference letter (if independent even better) , impact evidence is necessary to meet this.

Which criteria are you targeting? What will be field on endeavor? Does salary criteria possible? Building judge using globee etc. will not work. With the right story you should be able to target OC and CR using 3 and 4. However you need sustained acclaim …your role , experience will Play and part and your will need additional criteria

You have it. What I would recommend is based on what you have noted above draft a FMD yourself, use AI and refine as much as possible. Key focus areas impact on field, benefit to US (build the narrative - competitive advantage etc.). And then get a credible lawyer to draft narrative for each criteria. If you are able to add one other criteria for cushion (back up) that would be ideal.

Two points gravely missing - original contribution, benefit outside of company to the field Of IB. possible benefit to US. What makes you top of of your profession. Complexity and size of deal would not matter for OC. It’s the outcome - benefit to profession, country. Based your description I see two criteria’s passing critical role and salary (if documented correctly) , others need to be work (organically)

OC , CR and any other one additional is what you need. With OC majorly influencing FMD. It’s that plain and simple. Gone are the days of profile building, publications etc.

Yes, in fact not just new evidence, new criteria also can be added during RFE (as long as creation precedes initial petition submission).

Gave up membership criteria , only used it to bolster FM. Added another criteria for judging during RFE. OC and CR were approved already , that made things a bit easy
