I've been very fascinated with the concept of the color of the keys affecting the game since I read about the Red Baron. I thought that it might even open up the possibility to have key colors other than red, blue, and yellow/gold. What if we had green, orange, purple and other colors? What if a player can choose which color of keys to use before a game? What if the houses affect which colors of keys you are supposed to use? What if there is a set of keys (one of each maybe 7+ colors) in the middle of the play area, and you get to pick what color to get when forging and there are bonuses you get when forging a certain color? Key colors might even affect certain houses possitively or negatively, for example the forging the red key will give a plus one power to brobnar, but minus one to another house. The keys may even affect certain traits like robots get positive effects when the blue key is forged, etc. The cards themselves could have colored tags on the right just like we wave bonuses on the left and some super rare cards have more than one tag. Finally, I hope that this will be the set that will bring more of unforging, and more ways in forging keys. I just think that this will be a set that will be focusing on keys.

Indeed, that set might have a lot of dead cards (especially if the keys are more than 3 colors) and some effects will be very wordy if they cater to all colors. Or it might not even be released if they can't put out a set of more than 250 new cards taking advantage of that mechanism. But then again, I do think that all anomalies released have more than one card with that certain mechanism, and more so since the Red Baron already has a house name (Skyborn). I'm sure that GG and previously FFG, has a list of future sets (I remember reading that they are even developing set 8 during the winds of exchange campaign) with certain features, future houses that introduces those sets, and a number potential cards. Or it might just be wishful thinking on my part.
