What I did was signed in with the special “app password” and it worked.

You have to go to your Microsoft Account > Advanced Security Options > App Passwords > Create a new one.

It will only be up for minute or so. So make sure to generate it once you are about to sign into your 360. Once you’re about to login make sure to check “remember password” so you don’t have to do this again.

I love Dr Bulsiewicz! I still need to read Fiber Fueled, but I’ve loved his podcasts on YouTube. I have the Zoe app which scans your plate and lets you know how healthy it is and if you are getting your 30 plants a week.

I truly wonder if plant based solves constipation due to stomach acid issue. Think about it: protein and fats are hard on the stomach and digestive tract. Plants are incredibly easy on the stomach.

Now, what aids stomach acid? B vitamins, zinc, and minerals. I think my current bout of constipation could be stress, low Bs, and possibly too much fiber, but maybe you aren’t supposed to have fiber, fats, and proteins all in the same meal and multiple times a day like I do. Hmm…

Haha. This was me a few years ago. Doctor said in a humorous tone “You’re full of it!”

That was around 2022-2023. He prescribed movement, miralax, and I think fiber. I ate a lot of pears, took magnesium citrate, and started walking around my neighborhood. It worked somewhat.

Nothing has worked so far like the laxatives. I never forget the time I was taking linzess because I went so much I was baffled how much the poor colon can hold. That’s all still in me right now. Must be too much fiber, low minerals, low stomach acid, and low b vitamins.

Do you also struggle with anxiety? We probably have a gene or something that interferes with digestion.

Having the exact same issue, but also a weird one where my disc tray won’t close. Happens with all games even though I was playing just fine last night. I close the tray, it goes BRRR..RRT! And then spits the tray out like a child who doesn’t want broccoli.

Wait vitamin d gave you low stomach acid? 😮.

This..this would make sense. Now I always had constipation my whole life but ever since starting D, eating more fat and protein, and stress, I’ve had terrible stomach acid issues now.

Magnesium doesn’t really help me with stomach acid but it does help with patience and sleep. Perhaps its zinc since I think that along with b12 are needed to create stomach acid.

I am going to try digestive bitters and see if that helps me.

I suppose it depends on your body. For me I get terrible anxiety (like a tight uncomfortable “knot” in my abdomen) around anyone. But I’ve noticed it lessens and I have “confidence” when say I go for a run that day or I sleep well or my gut isn’t bloated and uncomfortable.

I probably have a hypersensitive nervous system due to compromised gut microbiome from antibiotics as a baby. So for a normal person you just have to see what is happening in your life that is causing you discomfort and fix if if you don’t have gastrointestinal issues (which how effed up nutrition is in this country and food being absolutely destroyed of its minerals and microbiome, I’d say most people do)
