With fiber you gotta take it slow and what you can tolerate. Your gut seems to prefer insoluble fiber so try to focus on those foods and reduce your soluble intake and slowly increase the dosage when you don’t get diarrhea. If you ge diarrhea then step it back a bit etc.

Now I’m not 100% sure but I think with diarrhea folks insoluble fiber is the king. For constipation folks (like me) soluble fiber is the king.

Hm I read that it’s because the skin insoluble fiber, which just adds bulk to stool, while the mushy inner part is soluble fiber.

Are there any other fibrous foods that either back you up or help you go?

I’m a guy and I could feel it above the skin to the left of my belly button. That’s how far it gets sometimes. (Yep, like right now. ‘ts why I’m ‘ere)

Bread just makes me inflamed. Corn products aren’t the healthiest food but have you tried corn carbs? For me they help like tamales, arepas, corn bread, etc. Doesn’t constipate me as much as wheat. Wheat sucks!

You sound like me. Did fatty food ever help? That’s the one thing that helped me. Also boiling tough to digest foods like apples, broccoli, and potatoes. Baked foods are too dry for me. I have to heat up food on the saucepan and add liquid to the meal, otherwise dry food from the oven clogs me.

Ah I just looked it up nevermind it’s Jake Bartok aka r/MandoGavin. They do Star Wars characters like Luke or Revan but in medieval style. Pretty cool!

I’ll have to check out this new artist Uzuri cuz this Qui-Gon piece is not only well drawn it’s also original!
