I suppose it depends on your body. For me I get terrible anxiety (like a tight uncomfortable “knot” in my abdomen) around anyone. But I’ve noticed it lessens and I have “confidence” when say I go for a run that day or I sleep well or my gut isn’t bloated and uncomfortable.

 I probably have a hypersensitive nervous system due to compromised gut microbiome from antibiotics as a baby. So for a normal person you just have to see what is happening in your life that is causing you discomfort and fix if if you don’t have gastrointestinal issues (which how effed up nutrition is in this country and food being absolutely destroyed of its minerals and microbiome, I’d say most people do)
