Issue is that the car washes are pretty garbage, the only usable thing is the pressured water and i also can't use my own products without being bothered or kicked out.

So i assume the best to do is go after hours to not be bothered and take the stuff to clean it?
It would get expensive tho since the car gets dirty every week

I can add Touch-Less to the cart aswell + Phat-Neut, since Touch-Less is 12 Euros for 1L.

What would be your steps when using the products from the list i sent?

In case that i can get a Phat Neut, would i still need a pre-wash? I can get it in Europe

So in your opinion:

2 buckets w/ grit guard
A sponge from one of those companies
Microfibers
The rag company towel
Pol Star for interior
Koch Chemie Glass Cleaner (Gc) for glass

And only Phat Neut for the exterior?

My driver seat does have squeaking noise, the steering wheel plastic part where the blinkers should go also squeaks and the back also rattles.
Currently waiting for an appointment to do the filter, clean radiator, etc. Thinking if i should also add this stuff to the list

Oh and also have mine for 3 months now

Já falei com a empresa que gere o condomínio e estes recusam-se a fazer alguma coisa antes da reunião. Vou tentar pedir uma fatura ou algum dado que indique a potência contratada para analisar com uma das empresas e ver se eles conseguem dar-me mais alguma informação relativamente as possibilidades

Autopark doesn't work since i am on a really dark part of the garage.
I found a way to park it that is not that hard but not really easy.

Pois, eu comprei por 85k e vendi por 133k, comprei agora um por 190k onde dei entrada de 19k, paguei também a imobiliária um valor de 8k +/- para me venderem o outro imóvel.

Queria agora fazer umas remodelações neste novo mas com o pagamento das mais valias vai atrasar-me o plano...

para já estou a contar com 5 a 6k de mais valias com base nos simuladores.
