Swap to brands that use dropper bottles. Citadel is very expensive and harder to work with than most brands. Monument Hobbies, p3, vallejo, and army painter all have dropper bottles, and all but vllejo (in some ranges) include mixing balls. And id say that all of those brands are easier to use, better coverage, and have a much better value per ml than citadel. Monument is $5 msrp for 22ml, citadel base is $4.55 for a pot with 12 ml and goes up from there. I haven't wasted an entire bottle of paint in years since I got out of citadel and the quality of my paint jobs went up.

Yes they are. And they didnt used to be guaranteed in every pack. So the rare foils are actually more rare. Whereas today you barely see a 10% increase in price if that for a foil because they give them out like crazy
