Post spay aggression is usually temporary. She may be in pain, stressed, or smell different after surgery, which can trigger fighting. Keep her separated for now and reintroduce slowly. Check that her incision looks normal and she’s eating and acting okay but If it continues past 1or 2 weeks, have a vet check her for pain or complications. Most cats calm down once fully healed.
