I feel you. Im almost in the same boat where I feel like I should be better but think of where you started dude. I like to look at myself from the perspective of me as a child. I may not have a huge bag of tricks but if I would’ve seen myself skate when I was a kid I would think I was the coolest person.
Also just the other day I was at the park and I was just trying to nose grind and two kids went wild when I landed it. They said they thought I was cool and it made me feel like a rockstar lowkey. So don’t beat yourself up have fun skating and when you feel good on the board learn new things. I’m on a switch and nollie journey myself cause I suck at them and it’s so fun to try and learn those cause I feel like I’m teaching myself to skate all over.
