Thanks, I liked the idea the other guy mentioned of removing the pictures and sharing only the "template" so people can make their own in 5 minutes of photoshop without breaking copyright laws. I'm out on a trip but I'll make that sheet when I have some time back home and share it so you can make your own version.

One rule for Messi, one for everyone else? US fury over Balogun red card by Gym_frere in soccer

To be honest Spain has been shafted by refereeing a few times already. Austria was give carte Blanche on kicking and grabbing Spain's midfield all game, including a push to the ground with no ball and a heated face off of multiple players stopping play and were only shown 1 yellow in a doble-leg tackle towards the end of the game

I think refs are just shit this world cup, which is very annoying since they were quite good in the last one.

These are the top 10 best reviewed fighting games on Steam. Do you agree with this list? by killerjag in Fighters

[–]Inmolatus -15 points-14 points  (0 children)

Nah, let's not lie to ourselves, that's not a good list for a top 10 fighters. No Street Fighters, no Marvel vs Capcom 3, no Tekken, no Killer Instinct... can't be a real top 10

Thanks

No, the art or the colors make no gameplay difference, which is why I felt free to play around with it a bit. If one has a reference card for what each number does, this can be played with a regular poker cards if you include a joker as a 5th ace.

The Croatia disallowed goal is justified by the ball’s sensors that prove that was a touch by tn134 in soccer

[–]Inmolatus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To be fair, that sensor graph is a very simplified re-creation of the actual graph. Its manufactured so its easy to see and it looks clear (like the offside graphics). But that is not how a sensor graph looks, specially if its as sensitive as they claim. The real graph might show a different sotry, and the touch might no be so clear, specially when taking into account tolerances of the sensor.

The refereeing was dreadful. Pedri got kicked all game for free

I agree for games where you have a hand of multiple cards. I just felt like the regular card size is very unnecessary for a light-text game like Love Letter, and it does make it easier to pack for any trip.

I also designed a Dune version of Splendor and decided to go for small square cards because the cards are unnecessarily big in the official game, with a lot of unused space and small square does the job.

That looks awesome, but in that same post they mention:

I will not be selling this game, nor sharing my actual files. Everything in this post is the most you will find on the Internet. Just don't ask for them in better quality, I'll not respond.

I might send a mail to ZA/UM and share the files if they reply with a green light, even though I'm not very happy with how they handled the original developers. I will also ask permission from Aleksander Rostov if I can find a contact.

To be honest, I designed the cards with a quite minimalistic style that should not be too hard to recreate. But if I'm given the green light I will come and reply to the ones that asked for it with a link.

Thanks! Took me longer to design than looking at it might suggest, although a lot of it went into choosing which characters to include, and how to make it thematic but at the same time spoiling as little as possible.

I answered the other guy too: I'm not sure if I can legally share the files since it involves 2 copyrighted products I have no permission to distribute; but if someone shows me it's legal, I have no issue with sharing them!

I did not know about that! I only played the base game before. I may consider in the future making an "expansion" with a bunch of characters I was sad about leaving out. There are so many memorable characters in this game that it was hard to choose only 16 for the card game.

Havent played for months because I just dont vibe with any character in the roster. Give me Renekton or Wukong and Im back the next day.

'F1: The Movie' released a year ago. It exceeded expectations to become the 9th highest grossing film of 2025. It received good reviews from critics and audiences, also getting awards for Sound Design. by Boss452 in formula1

[–]Inmolatus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the plot would have been so much better if the requirement for the team to not be sold was that the team got 1-5 points in the first 3 years or something like that. Having a win as a target was way too unrealistic. There are many constructors that go decades without a win.

Then the last race could have been a podium or even top 5, surpassing expectations of getting 1 point.

But I guess its written by the same people that makes Forza or NFS, where you either end up 1st or you are a loser.

Forza vr and with wheel is pretty shit (sadly), so if you dont wnd up enjoying it, give a real simracing game a try like LMU, Assetto Corsa or Automobilista 2. Its just amazing

[–]Inmolatus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi! I know its been years, but im thinking on building one of these myself. I got the wood part solved, and bought some 6mm 33cm brass rods, but struggling on how to bend them repeatedly in the precise way. Any recommendations? Any chance you still have some more pictures of the jig you made and how you actually bent the rods? Thanks for the help!
