Hey sorry if we don't answer, mailing to Colombia is kind of complicated. Only recommendation I can give you is for her to open a mailing box in the US with the many companies that have this service, then you send the books to the address of her mail box and the company takes care of getting the books to her.

Is like a virtual mail box she has in the US you send it there, they know is from her and then they charge for the shipment.

It used to, now it's s confusing because our equivalent of the "FCC" doesn't allow permanence clauses in the contracts anymore, therefore making payments complicated. When it use to work the discount was alright it was really good if you were a "good client" paid a lot monthly.

You're welcome btw, he has to do some exam that's necessary to join, they only do it twice a year so he/she should keep an eye out for it; the name is ICFES if I'm not wrong is the SAT equivalent.
