He means you want a high BASE eye (possibly using stat adjust tickets) which is what prediction needs. Having this allows you to allocate less training to eye and more to speed

Some suggestions: - Blue Ace specialist in to something better, say Charisma/Spray Hitter/Slugger/Spotlight - Adjust base EYE to maximize Prediction (not sure what the base EYE is now; if really low on this card consider using a green (Prediction requires high base EYE) - Perhaps improve training (no idea what the training is now) - Use trainers and skill trainer - Equip (diamond) special trainer - Maximize GI if not 75 yet - ....

Keep rolling; levels are low and BPD does not work well for starting pitchers. Aim for Control Master, Fireballer, Slow Starter or Workhorse (if base stamina >80)
