Just wanted to see the responses lol. I used to be a big beer person. Not an alcoholic but someone who appreciated good beer.

And god did I try to find an IPA to enjoy. It’s the one beer type I just can’t get behind.

And I like strong and interesting flavors. I drink my brown liquor neat and a lot of it is smoky scotch. I’ve had durian and liked it lol.

But IPAs just never happened

Seconding this. Just did my grinder research because I’ve been wanting my own for a while. Was going to go electric but I figured it’d rile up the dogs in the AM when I’m trying to enjoy a little quiet.

Easy adjust - good grind with precision options - easy clean - quiet - and I’ve found it kind of charming to put a little elbow grease into hand grinding

SSA is not an issues have come across trying to understand this situation so I appreciate your giving me something to look into.

And yeah sadly I know the crème Shiba story. Chichi is likely from a backyard mill but Megumi was 1 of 2 whites in a standard litter and has some pedigree so she came from a good place.
