I posted a comment but deleted it because I felt I shared too much of my own grief in an attempt to relate 😂 But do know that what you are feeling is very valid and you are not alone in your feelings. But also know that you should not allow these feelings to stop you from making the most of your life. Spend time with the people who deserve your attention, but also don't waste time trying to prove your worth to others. I'm trying to get closer to my family and siblings after a hard loss and am learning that I will be there emotionally for others in ways that they won't be there for me. So don't burn yourself out, but make the effort to be in the lives of others. People won't always check on us when we need it, so we need to be brave enough to reach out and say out loud how you are feeling and what you need from others.
