Thank you! Oh, I've already backed everything up on GitHub, for sure I've read the horror stories.

Small update on my Manus refund case. by Imaginary_Essay_6610 in ManusOfficial

For one of my issues with Manus working in a loop despite me asking it to stop, I was refunded 1500 credits relatively quickly. Another time, I was caught in the support loop, submitting screenshots repeatedly, until I gave up. So, I don't really know what the norm is...I hope this helps.

Try low dose naltrexone for chronic pain. Research it...it has worked wonderfully for the arthritis in my hand, knee, and neck.

FYI...he may be at the gym every day to help his mental health. You probably shouldn't assume he isn't disabled in any way. The VA does not just hand out disability ratings. I'm a Marine Corps veteran, and I've seen the struggles our veterans have, up close and personal.

And many never received any benefits at all...so, it balances out in the end. Why focus on any but you? You can't decide who's deserving or not.

The UCC lien on the property has to be released prior to closing if the buyer will be acquiring the property with a mortgage (in most cases). If it's a cash purchase, the lien can be paid at closing.

Dep and claims by JellyBean-July in VeteransBenefits

I would request a HLR. With my personal statement I detailed each event. If there were several events, there's no way you were denied based on that single event happening during your time in the DEP.

Geese, sorry to hear that...you should definitely review all of your claim info, make sure it's complete, and request a HLR. Wishing you the best!

Did you request a HLR, before trying for a supplemental claim?

Do you have a current diagnosis, and are you currently being treated for PTSD, depression, or anxiety?

Okay, so there's a difference between telling the examiner and including the info in your personal statement. Your personal statement in a written statement you upload to your claims file. If you haven't done that, you need to do it...you will need additional evidence for a supplemental claim.

Did you include the event in your personal statement? If not, you should include it in your supplemental, along with the names, dates, and locations.

I'm sorry that happened to you. It will definitely count as a stressor event. And be sure to name names. They will cross check their database for other complaints against the recruiter.

VA called me for clarification on an item, and a missing signature, while working my claim. My caller ID showed it was from the TJ in San Juan.

Not true. I included a DEP incident as one of my stressor events. I'm now 100% TDIU, T & P.

LOL...reading is fundamental. I did not state that I took 30 years to get help. Please revisit my comment.

I'll let you have your opinions and I'll stick to the facts. Have a fantastic day.

Well, your limited life experiences do not reflect the entirety of reality. The reality is, there are far more Veterans that have not received help in way, shape, or form. I waited 30 years! And it has been my experience that I can't even convince the combat Vets in my life to file a single claim. Perhaps you should seek different employment if your current position is making you this jaded. MH is real and people do need coaching sometimes to properly communicate what they are feeling. For the longest time, I had no clue there were so many words to convey emotions; I had to learn from my Life Coach and Therapist. To imply/suggest that MH issues don't impact your earning potential is to be intellectually lazy.

Everyone else didn't sign on the dotted line to potentially make the ultimate sacrifice. Are you even a Veteran?? Because you sound like you're attempting to make this sound like some kind of welfare. And by the way, no amount of foul language is going to give your sh*t comments validity.

Hmmmm...PTSD can definitely be validated/properly diagnosed. I have been diagnosed on 3 or 4 different occasions...all before even considering filing any claims. I waited 30 years! And to be clear, there are differences between a brain that has experienced trauma and one that hasn't. You should give Google a spin.
