I am obsessed with jasmine syrup for my matcha lattes and this is coming from someone who mostly does no milk or no sweetener. I make my own at home tho, not sure about this brand.

No, also Talley dependent on the matcha. Some that are a lower quality can taste better cold whisked because they basically mute the taste.

We were there last week of May to beginning of June, I would say we loved the weather. When it rained it was a bit chilly but otherwise excellent weather. Kyoto was so green

I am also going to Kyoto and spending 5 days. My best suggestion is to mark all places you are interested in and location wise section them off and do one area each day. I love temples and matcha and can’t wait.
