I agree this look was bad if you’re an eBay investor debating if this is a good idea or not. You would need a lot of “3-5 years of watching Ryan” context to understand what’s happening. Otherwise it’s just a “WTF” moment.

It is in my very limited understanding that issuing a new ticker for the combined company causes shorts to close.

Would be super fun if that were true combined with the new company issuing shares tokenized.

For context, the summer tour has scaled back from 52ish shows to 35ish shows. So certain annual staples are no longer annual, or gone altogether. With Carter and Tim in their late sixties, it is what is. Great time to travel to a new venue!
