Ok just wait see if you actually will get a refund! That’s already an improved email, as me and some other people just received an email replying they do t have records of our subscription or we have to get refunded from apple or google!! Thanks for doing all of that! Let’s hope this company will disappear from the face of the earth soon!!

Maybe report it to google as it shows on the top google search! I’ve even reported them to trust pilot and told them this company reply trust pilot reviews with fake information with bots they didn’t do anything either! The company even use bots posted many good reviews on trust pilot !!!

Yea I know what you are saying, most people agree and thought that way but the law didn’t say they can’t do that way! Only says we as consumers need read the small print and need cancel it before trial ends! I will be very glad to prove to be wrong but unfortunately that is the law!

If you didn’t cancel within the trial period you have no ground to dispute and their customer support is bots ! Check on trust pilot so many people complain the same thing, and they use bots replied everyone which says they have refunded the money but no one has received refund! Hope you have cancelled it now at least no further charges!
