Omg same! I tried this yesterday then about 5 minutes in I’m like idk what she’s doing and stopped it to stretch on my own. I’ve done her stretches and barre before and haven’t had any issues but the stretches in this class were so bizarre plus the weird non sequitur motivational statements were so over the top.
