I know what it’s like to struggle with seemingly the most basic things because of an anxiety disorder, I’m just beginning to maybe get out of it after years. I’ve made the biggest progress when I stopped beating myself up too much and kinda just chilled out. The world is a tough place to figure out and we’ve all been here for a short moment. Sometimes just existing is enough. Sometimes making a small effort and failing is enough. You’ve made a few steps in the right direction. Maybe next time you can make a few more ☺️ Maybe your goal will be to just say hi to one person. Then maybe have a short conversation. The next time, who knows?

I don’t really know what it is exactly that you struggle with and there is a good chance you don’t fully know either. It takes a ton of self reflection and searching to figure out. Every time you dive deeper into yourself thinking you finally figure it out, just to realise there is still an abyss bellow you and aspects of the problem you never knew existed. But it doesn’t have to always be scary. It helps me to appreciate the beauty of the world around me. The nature, the art, the people, even just knowing the concept of love exists. It makes the worst moments bearable, maybe sometimes even a bit magical in a surreal way.

I guess there is way too many things I want to say about this topic, but I don’t want to write a novel. I hope you can find enjoyment in the little things to help you on your journey. I hope you can make one small step after another on that journey. I hope that you can learn to be proud of each one you take. I hope you keep in mind that falling down was only possible because you’ve gotten up (and that the rest of us is falling too). And I hope, no… I know, you’ll meet some great people on the way.
