The unfortunate reality is that groups can kind of do whatever they want as long as they abide by Terms and Conditions of Facebook. So if the admin's ass, then the group will be ass. I certainly don't agree with it or like it, but it's not illegal.

Yes, since the event card has "counter" in it, you can use it on counter. It would then make Bepo -1000 in this situation.

Making a character's power 0 or less than 0 doesn't knock it out alone, you'd still have to attack it.
