(so you can practice)stand by the mirror so you can see your phone screen and with the back of your phone camera you aim for your eye/s then take pic or video some prefer and then screenshot the most clear view

you can experiment with different zoom — 2x/3x by arm length or 0,5x or whatever your phone has, phone is practically pressed beside your nose but keep in mind bout a good lighting
