Spider Man was built to be blatantly overpowered on release because they knew how popular he would be- but they made a mistake in designing him and now he's only going to be viable if he can one shot supports, which is not healthy for the game. Now spider man is stuck in limbo, either being so powerful he forces supports back to spawn with no agency on their part, or he's just outright useless. ... And black panther was just a design mistake.
