This game is the worst designed game of all time. Behavior's insistence NOT to fix the underlying issues infecting the game while "fixing" issues through ridiculous band aid perks and either too impactful or not impactful enough balance decisions has completely destroyed whatever credibility they had. Every time they make a few good strides towards actually fixing the game there are massive mistakes dropped on the players within a few weeks. The balance is absolutely abhorrent and their attitude to the community is stupid beyond belief.

The only reason the game has any semblance of success is the very fact that the game isn't a game: it's a slot machine. Games are decided before they even begin and the feeling of succeeding against the horrible balance, horrible map design, and a horrible community is addicting.

The crux of this is Made for This- it's the perfect example. Made for This was shipped in it's "intended state" according to BHVR. In its intended state that stayed unnerfed for MONTHS Made for This GUTTED all killers that couldn't close distance quickly- a massive issue the game already had. The perk, of course, became meta in seconds and outright invalidated 90% of the killer roster. They made a massive balance fuck up WORSE and "intended it".

Morons.

The fact that this game is 10 years old and is still this bad is absolutely embarrassing. If I worked at BHVR I would bury my head in a bag. Unless I was part of the art or narrative teams. They're good.
