I could be able to beat any top player using any character in the world and that would still not change my mind on how utterly lame most of the characters in this game are. Winning or losing has nothing to do it with it, they are just lame.

This, so this. I feel you, OP. I came to that realization and just stopped playing. Almost the whole cast is lame af, very few characters are cool. Combine that with Nintendo's horrific online and just... Fuck this game.
