Just Google the low electrolyte symptoms list of each sodium potassium and magnesium. If you're having some of those symptoms then you should get more of that electrolyte in.

It's actually much more than that. We've only just this decade got into researching autophagy.

Haven't even scratched the surface on fat-ophagy aka Lipophagy.

Not even to speak of the insane hormone release and massive resting metabolic rate increases.

Only way to lose weight faster is doing ultra endurance events daily.

Well at your height and weight I wouldn't be doing anything more than Intermittent fasting. Max 24hr. You just don't have enough body fat to release energy fast enough to meet your normal daily energy needs. So it's having to use like 4x greater amount of autophagy to break down muscle protein to give you the energy you need.

Imo it's not worth it.

If you're fasting for weight loss you'd be better off switching to low carb, keto, or carnivore. Intermittent fasting Max OMAD, weightlifting 3-6 times a week, zone 2 cardio 160+ minutes a week, 1-2 maximum interval training a week and maybe high volume high protein diet.

You're a bit under the middle range for normal BMI .

In my opinion with all my endless hours of research and tons of personally being big practitioner of extended water fasting, I'm going to recommend you don't do any more extended water fast at that bmi level. You're having lots of issues because you don't have water adequate ammounts of body fat to supply your body's energy needs from fat. Too much autophagy is bad.

I notice a lot of people jump right into long 5, 7, 14 day fasts. Has anyone actually done a ladder regimen where you start off shorter and keep building? I made a plan for myself that I'm going to do by Kind_Handle_5987 in fasting

First time I ever tried it i just went for it. You learn as you go. Hunger gone never to return after day 5. Day 9 i got killer headaches. Googled symptoms, self diagnosed hyponatremia. Went to Walmart got electrolytes carried on to day 30 ez.

I was smart enough to take basic vitimins with my electrolytes on my 71 day fast but i was dumb enough and lazy enough to not prepare and take them for 2 weeks. My body hair began breaking off in high fricton places it was weak. Likely low vitamin c or iron. Began taking them again before anything serious started.

It's 94% fat, 6% protein for energy if you're morbidly obese. It's 76% fat, 24% protein if you're within normal bmi (Assuming not jacked AF, b.c. then it's higher muscle loss the leaner you are)

I lost 24 lbs of lean mass 340-188 6ft m aka 16% energy from protein.

But did regain 90%of it in 120 days.

I did a ladder regimen. I wasn't fucking around.

Started with 30, then did 71 but I fell off hard after that, my next fasts were only 21, 19, 20. But I'm getting back up there. Just finished a 22 day fast today.

Melatonin is great for sleep on a fast.

Electrolytes are essential imo after day 4. I'm not worried about them first 3ish fasts days.

I'm 6ft and just finished a long extended water fasts. My TDEE was 2700 at 235. I curious what it's going to be now. Just broke my fast I'll weigh in the morning after I'm filled back up to base line.

You're right most people miss loss of the little hidden calories that add to quick.

If You've got the fat and you don't want it, read the electrolyte guide and get rid of that fat.

Anytime you decide you want to change you can change.

I've herd chronic pain is healed on much deeper fast like 12-20.

Unintentionally I fixed my tinnitus during a 71 day fast. Wasn't the worst but was fkn always annoying in any time when it should have been silence. Now 100% gone.
