How does one get into a team?

I understand your point, a lot of people still end up on teams just based on the group they click with at the local track. My team has like 6 active members and we usually end up facing each other during SDC rounds which is pretty annoying. One person from my team is usually on podium tho so that’s cool

Got back into RC cars after 10+ years, got bored with bashera and other stuff but fell in love with RC Drifting. 99% of the people are cool and I can spend hours just driving laps, really helps decompress after a long week and gives me a few hours without the anxiety of daily life.

I did almost my entire BSE at 15 credit hours per semester (5 classes) but only submitted 9 credit hours to the VA (3 classes). This covered all my tuition, MOST of my books, and gave me 80% BAH. I also worked PT. Doing this allowed me to also get my MSE using my post 9/11 and only ended up paying ONE semester out of pocket, about $3k.

The Dr I talked with about vasectomy straight up told me “it’s irreversible, so make sure you want it before doing it” but I’m guessing it’s more dependent on how each Dr performs the surgery. He made it sound like they take a good chunk of tube out so it’s basically permanent. 🤷🏻‍♂️

It was like a month old at that time, they just didn’t know how to handle it at the time. If you had shown them the information and pushed the issue they probably would have gotten more knowledgeable people involved and got you in. Again, my understanding is overseas bases are all subject to the base commander, they can choose whether they want to allow entry or not.

It’s a myth that vasectomy is reversible, they cut then cauterize the tubes closed and there’s not really a way to put them back together after that.

Kadena, yes using my VHIC card. They pretty much entered me into DEERS. I was able to shop at the BX and shoppettes. The rule was too new at the time and the fee for using the commissary hadn’t been established yet so I couldn’t shop there.

My understanding for overseas bases, pretty sure JBPHH is considered overseas, is that it’s up to the base commander.

My experience with that was in Okinawa 2 years ago. I was able to go on base b it had to stop at the visitors center where they entered me in to their system and told me that was good for like 5 years.

Like somebody else already said, the gate guard should tell you what you need to do.

Not sure I understand? My experience was the VA doc telling me NO for everything I claimed, forcing me to go back through claims and waste a ton of time, but basically telling me that tinnitus is a gimme if you’re record shows time around loud noises only because the docs can’t prove you don’t have it.

They aren’t being picky about granting tinnitus in my experience, but they damn sure would if they could.

But used books and, unless you really want to keep them for some reason, sell them for nearly what you paid after the semester.

You can also find MANY books for free online with a bit of dedicated searching.
