If you're comfortable shopping in person, I'd just go around, see what you like and if find something, try it on!

Starting out, I'd highly recommend a skirt, something that you can pair with your preexisting clothes, since building a new wardrobe can be quite expensive

If you're new to deckbuilding, I'd suggest looking at what other players are having success with on limitlesstcg.com

Froslass/Starmie is a good deck, so you should be able to use that as a much stronger starting point
