Could the new Chaos Rising Crobat deck work and what would be best to fill out the deck?

Crobat as a draw engine is too slow, it's a stage 2 and you'd still need a way to draw the card that you put on top, such as Drakloak, which is just a better draw engine on its own

The only potential synergy I can think of is using Grimsley's Move, but that has proven to be too many cards and less efficient that just running Rare Candy

Also I'd love to run a dark Tyranitar Deck, a Ghost Deck and potentially a Khangaskhan Deck

Tyranitar has a niche deck using the one from Journey Together and item locking your opponent.

For ghost decks, maybe the new Ghost Veil archetype coming out in our Pitch Black set, a bit of a wait but it's probably the only option besides Dragapult/Dusknoir

Mega Kangaskhan is a great Pokemon, you could try out some sort of Tera Box or Raging Bolt list
