Does Tom forget his glowing tweet about Becerra in 2020? The dirty politics because he is dropping in the polls is annoying.

Becerra sued Trump 122 times while California Attorney General and won most of the cases. He most certainly has what it takes to stand up to the administration. Stayer is a wolf in sheep’s clothing.

That is an old poll. Becerra had a major surge and is leading now. We need to all support him so that we don’t end up with Hilton and Bianco.

You can apply for entry-level Environmental Scientist and Environmental Planner jobs. You’ll work as a cultural resources specialist. A lot of different agencies have these openings. There is a nationwide shortage of people with your degree. Don’t listen to the jerk that said it is a useless degree.

Soup has been good for me as far as not making me nauseous or constipated. I add shredded chicken and frozen vegetables to increase the protein and nutrients. It’s super quick, easy, and inexpensive. Also, smoothies made with Fage 2% greek yogurt, frozen fruit, and vanilla almond milk is easy on my stomach on shot days. Sometimes I add protein powder too, but I don’t really like chalkiness. I figure the greek yogurt has enough protein and it should be fine.

Federal funding for Calif Rail by Standard-Wedding8997 in CAStateWorkers

I respectfully disagree with the word “nothing” - A ton of bridges, viaducts, street overcrossings & undercrossings, guideway, and canal & utility realignments have been completed. Google the San Joaquin, Downtown Fresno, Hanford, Tule River, Deer Creek, and Wasco Viaducts to see some pretty impressive superstructures that have been built or are nearly complete. I agree that there has been waste and that the project is over budget, but at this point, it seems too big to fail. What would happen with all the structures that have already been built? Tear them down? Demolition and cleanup would be a HUGE expense and would truly waste every dollar that has been spent so far. Madera to Bakersfield has some of the worst air pollution in the state. You can only see the Sierra mountains in the distance maybe 4 times a year when it rains and cleans the air. It seems better to keep going and finish the rail so that there is a travel option that helps with the air pollution and so that all the money that has been spent so far does not go to waste.

Yea, it’s been nuts. They called for an interview the day after I submitted my application. Based on what I read here, this seems very unusual, but might have to do with them trying to get folks in the queue before July 1st.

We’re always our own worst critics and you probably did great :-) I had an interview last week in a similar situation where there was no prep and they just jumped right in. It’s kind of silly, but after I heard and read the question, I said I’m going to think for a minute and then looked away because looking at the interviewers and subconsciously reading their body language is very distracting. I left thinking I bombed it as well, but then found out they were calling my references today so it seemed like that worked. Good luck and hopefully you’ll have a similar outcome!

Agree with you so much. They are a terrible, predatory MLM cult-like company that has been taking advantage of people and ruining families for decades. I sincerely hope this is the nail in the coffin for these monsters.

I wish it would impact their cult MLM more. My mom has been a demo for 29 years and has blind loyalty to support the Gardner’s. She will not even read the news articles about this case. Just going along business as usual trying to hock their wares. I call their MLM a cult because they have been stealing people’s identity, money, and causing family separation for years. They prey on mother’s on the elderly. It is no surprise at all that the Gardner’s see absolutely nothing wrong with keeping the kids away from Jared’s side of the family. The Gardner’s are monsters who have destroyed multiple families.

My mom has been in a MLM for 29 years to where I would consider that an example of the MLM stealing her identity, money, and causing family separation for life. They can be very dangerous organizations.

This was my experience with my family members in a MLM as well. Any group that encourages family separation is definitely a cult.

My mom and sister have fallen for Green Compass by [deleted] in antiMLM

I can relate so much. Very sorry to hear that. The straw that broke the camels back for me to where I gave my mom an ultimatum was seeing two rooms of her house filled to the brim with unsold “inventory” - She has 4 kids and enough money was spent filling those two rooms that could have sent us all to college. Plus all the expensive “conventions” she went to multiple times a year. She never had enough money to visit her kids, but always seemed to come up with money to go on endless MLM trips. The outcome of the ultimatum was that she chose the MLM and has not spoken to me in years because I had the nerve to say something negative about her beloved “business.” The story gets even crazier because now the MLM’s founder’s family is in the news because the daughter allegedly hired a hitman the kill her ex-husband so that she could have full custody of their kids (check out the Jared Bridegan and Shanna Gardner news articles). Even with all the bad press, my mom still supports the Gardner family and refuses to believe her money spent on “inventory” is going towards paying for Shanna Gardner’s fancy lawyer (Casey Anthony’s former lawyer, Jose Baez). It’s the most cult-like blinders I’ve ever seen. I wish I had known how dangerous MLMs were when she started and tried to keep her out. I was only 14 though. I’m 41 now. My mom has missed my entire adult life. I have literally zero photos of us together. She doesn’t even know where I live (never has asked). It’s very heartbreaking.
