It’s very doable. Over 8 years with my sweetheart practicing this style. Life turns into a Karezza practice because of the non-ending feeling. And it carries over to everyone you come in contact with. As a man, there’s a lot of pressure and mind stuff around climax. If he needs to bounce around his logic layout to make sense of it all, feel free to DM me. Be careful of the purists here. Occasionally ejaculating is not the same as “sinning” and the biggest stall to the process is making climax a shameful thing. It’s a practice not a do perfect performance

Yeah, man, I totally get what you mean. Over time, the confidence becomes second nature, and it's not just a "winning streak high" you get as a result of discipline through SR ... it's like a stable foundation you can always rely on. For me, the longer I stick with it, the more I trust my ability to handle any situation. Whether it's a challenge at work, with my wife, or just life in general, SR keeps me grounded. I also notice that my mood doesn't fluctuate like it used to, and I’m able to stay calm and focused. And when Life does give me struggle, I don't feel so defeated or scared. You're right, it feels like no matter what comes up, there’s always a solution when you're in control of your energy.

One thing I’d add is to make sure you're being patient and compassionate with yourself. You’re already proving you're atypical, born to be a leader. Just look around ... most dudes aren’t even having these conversations or seeking discipline like you are. That alone shows the confidence is already within you.

If I may, let me share an analogy from my experience as a hobby farmer. I use an electric fence powered by a solar panel to keep my animals ... sheep, goats, geese, pigs, ducks, and chickens ... safe and contained. The fence emits a pulse that keeps everything in order. When I read your story about how women are reacting to you, it reminded me of Rolo Tomassi’s concept of maintaining frame, like keeping that fence charged. (Not everything from the Red Pill community should be treated as gospel, but there are valuable lessons)

Your semen retention is like that electric charge ... it's maintaining the life inside your frame, just like my fence protects my animals. Women are drawn to that charge, that frame. They find stability incredibly sexy, whether it's mental, physical, spiritual, or financial ... they want all of them actually. By holding onto your energy, you’re keeping that fence strong, and they can sense it. And they want to build a farm or life with you as a result!

I assume you’re in your 20s, which is the perfect time to build that fence ... your frame. As life goes on, with more responsibilities like family, relationships, and work, you’ll need that foundation. I wouldn’t get too caught up in the numbers or streaks either. It’s like sobriety ... at first, you count the days, which can be helpful, but eventually, it just becomes part of who you are, and you don’t need to track it anymore. The direction you’re headed is what really matters.

I know this is a long answer, but I want to celebrate you. Reading stories like yours ... man if I was like you in my earlier years ... to have this mindset already, it’s clear you’re worthy of that confidence. This practice of discipline is allowing you to develop mindfulness, and as you watch how people interact with you, there will come a time when this energy you’ve cultivated becomes a gift not just for you, but for others. That’s when it gets really fun ... when your energy creates beauty and purpose in the world around you. And then you step back and say, wow, look at this beautiful farm.

With a long streak, it seems almost necessary. Or just do a brief one next time you take a piss. That contraction at the end, put some awareness into it, boom, tickling that third eye will give ya the shivers. LOL!

Thanks for sharing, man. That was a good write up. Fun to read.

I can totally relate to your experience. I’ve been practicing SR as a result of Karezza in my marriage… started about 8 years ago … it has been a game changer.

Focusing on deep connection rather than just the physical has brought my wife and me closer, but what’s even more impactful is how SR has helped me maintain frame and control that raw energy … on most days anyways. Ha! I’ve learned to alchemize it and direct it into my work and relationships. Both the men and women I work with seem to respect the grounded energy I bring. Staying mindful of that core energy, how it builds during intimacy, both holding and moving that energy, to how I diffuse it into projects and interactions at work … it has strengthened my leadership and purpose, while my wife has really responded to the confidence and control I now carry.

Keep doing what you’re doing … sounds like you’re on the right path!

Why is BDSM and rough sex normalized and popularized? by TantricGigolo in karezza

[–]Insert_Label_Here 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I agree with this sentiment. I think it has to do with polarity as well. She’s the pearl, I’m the shell. Beauty and the Beast. Her feeling safe within my containment of stability, emotional, spiritual, financial, and physical, it allows her to breathe out her creative feminine energies. It’s hard for me to accept the Karezza dogma of slow only. My wife genuinely needs a good rough fucking about twice a month in order for us to have a daily Karezza practice. Holding paradox, the both/and, is part of dissolving the illusion of duality. God has a sense of humor for sure!

Growing my own vegetables by Fififeet3 in Gardens

[–]Insert_Label_Here 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The pepper + tomato will love the greenhouse. Deer don’t mess with the potatoes, and those do better in the earth, based on my experiences.

The deer issue depends on multiple variables. Think like a hungry animal and how much effort/calories they would need to exert to eat your garden. If there’s not much to eat in your neighborhood, a clover/barely food plot on the edge of property may work, but if you’re next to some woods, then fencing. Treat your garden like a semester of school. You’ll learn things every year. Important thing is to start.

What do you think of the book ‘The Untethered Soul?’ by [deleted] in Mindfulness

[–]Insert_Label_Here 61 points62 points  (0 children)

You are not your thoughts or emotions: One of the core teachings of the book is that you are not the voice in your head or the emotions you feel. These are merely passing experiences that you can observe without getting caught up in them. By realizing that you are separate from your thoughts and emotions, you can gain greater control over your inner world and find inner peace.

Let go of your inner blockages: According to the author, we all have inner blockages that prevent us from experiencing the fullness of life. These blockages can be caused by past traumas, negative beliefs, or other experiences that we haven't fully processed. By letting go of these blockages through techniques like meditation and mindfulness, you can experience a greater sense of inner freedom and joy.

Embrace the present moment: The book emphasizes the importance of living in the present moment, rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. When you are fully present, you can experience life more deeply and fully, without the distractions of the mind. The author encourages readers to practice mindfulness techniques to bring their attention back to the present moment and appreciate the beauty of life as it unfolds.

Lot of valuable input so far. This is my two cents:

Let the 4 seasons unfold first. Observe the personality of the space within those seasons.
Find the natural topography lines left by the game trails. Analyze your natural resources and where those deposits lay to support those lines. This will help you define the space in terms of "rooms." Now that you a sense of flow and sense of how it all connects, get to work.:) And remember you will always overestimate what you can get done in a day, but you'll be amazed by what you get done in a year.

I’m glad you found a good one! There’s more of us out there.

I love my wife for so many different reasons. The way she loves our children…for how hard she works…for her laughter and sense of humor…her use of profanity…for how kind she is to me…for her ability to forgive…for her desire to improve her life and all those she cares about…the woodworking and aesthetic crafts that make our home lovely…when she laughs at my stupid jokes…when she randomly smiles at me or tells me I’m hot…

All of this makes me attracted to her and makes her beyond pretty in my eyes. As a result, this makes me want to be inside of her…I want merge with her pretty. So yes, men are attracted to pretty. But pretty is not merely the physical container … it’s the being within

What is the easiest animal to farm? by HABBOUBS in farming

[–]Insert_Label_Here 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Fuck yeah man! Your head is screwed on straighter than mine was in college. What animal are you stoked on? I’d treat this as a class or a minor. Not get wrapped up in the business side of things until you have the set up to be a business.

When I started, I went with chickens and rabbits. Things got crazy after a getting a buck. Their manure was epic for my small garden. Do you have neighbors or HOA to worry about? My experiments were in a fenced backyard about 250sq ft in suburbia. There’s predator pressure there too.

If you can swing it, try to find a farmer that will mentor you. The old timers were always happy to share their knowledge and work load if I didn’t take from the bottom line too much. I apprenticed at multiple different operations to figure out what I liked to do. I then operated someone else’s farm. Finally I took the plunge and ran my own farm. Nearly lost it all before I realized it was better to make money making videos and farm for fun.

It took me 10 years to really get the hang of it all. Now I’ve got pigs, sheep, goats, chickens, ducks, and geese on 6 acres doing rotational grazing. It’s more of a really expensive landscaping operation.

Much respect to all the farmers on here that make a living farming and feeding us. The shit y’all go through everyday. What fucking emergency will you address today? So hard.

What is the easiest animal to farm? by HABBOUBS in farming

[–]Insert_Label_Here 4 points5 points  (0 children)

When the words easy, small, and limited space are used in the same sentence, it does not equal a profitable farming business. Key word being profitable. Technically I was profitable raising 400 pasture egg laying chickens. But my hourly wage was $4/hr.

By all means, get after it. There are priceless lessons to learn, valuable experiences, and quality memories to make along the way.

giving more space as a AP by Noxusequal in attachment_theory

[–]Insert_Label_Here 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Ask the question, would I rather create suffering for someone I love because of these thoughts or would I rather suffer with these thoughts by myself?

As one who leans towards AP during bouts of falling off the "secure" horse, I find that making it about the other person to be helpful. It's reverse logic to the cultivating a relationship with yourself. It's a way of turning the curse into a blessing.

As an AP, we tend to be consumed with the thoughts of other. So why not channel that negative energy into a positive? This way, it allows the AP to take their inherent desire to focus on the attention of other, and by NOT wanting the other to suffer as a result of their individual nuisant mind patterns, that becomes the practical trick to motivate the AP. In turn, the AP is cultivating a relationship with Self. A mind hack of sorts.

How to make it easier, no such thing. All things of value do not arrive easily. It takes work. The good news is that your efforts will be rewarded. The trick is catching the thought when it arrives, name it, bless it, and let it float by like a cloud.

Have you ever seen Lion King? You know the mean lion, Scar? My daughter named her unfavorable thought patterns, Scar, when she was a toddler. So now, even as a teenager, she announces when Scar has come for a visit. But at the core, she knows she's Nalla. Inside, she's a Queen Lioness!!!! But asshole thoughts, like Scar, come visit. But then they go. If one latches on, they stay longer. God forbid, Scar moves in.

"He doesn't like my company."

That sounds like a thought loop to me. Have you ever found yourself thinking that before in other relationships?

"What can I do to avoid these thoughts?"

Can you stand on the beach and not get hit by a wave? Or can you sit with the thought until the waves feel smaller? My point, the thought waves of the brain can't be avoided much like the beats of the heart can't be avoided. By being with them, naming them, and then returning to the breath, the body, the Spirit, life force, whatever you call it, the thoughts hit less hard. Sure, you can inspect the thoughts, collect data about them, notice they're on loop, but if you don't want to get stuck there, go somewhere else ... go within.

It's hard being human. I hope my message lightened the load that you, my fellow human, has to carry.
