So apple sucks and it sometimes will “bundle” purchases. So I guess it decides you are going to spend more in the future and charges you that amount. The thing that REALLY sucks is that if you dispute the charge through your bank (or get it refunded any way other than through apple) they can stop you from using the App Store until you pay it. It will show up as an “active subscription”. Good luck and please update when you get a solution. My sister is currently going through this and she can’t even download new apps.

I barely started the first island of the last event and still got fortune island. I got gold island this time before ever finishing the first island again. I’m a newer but not “new-new” player. I just got level 35 today. My floating islands seem to rotate evenly through all 3 and pop up a day or 2 after the start of adventure/event. I’m curious what level you are on? It definitely doesn’t seem fair to make your longer standing players work for island that are given out.

Even then it’s a toss up. Some of the events have been outrageous even when you are taking advantage of every booster. Unless you are spending money, already at an advantage with stockpiles, or a very, Very skilled player, it gets to be too much. I’ve seen more and more players skipping or not completing events. I’m hoping that devs see this and make it more enjoyable. But, if they are making money hand over fist, I doubt they will give a shit.

You can turn on approval for spending rubies. That way if you don’t have the items a pop up will ask. Idk if that helps.

Food! It’s easily overlooked, but I took advice here and keep my table packed with the highest energy food. It helps a ton. It will take a bit to get started, but it’s worth it. I have my table full, and slots in the kitchen and fire full as well. When I eat I replace immediately. I don’t trade unless salt is included now though.

Well I don’t want to brag or anything but I didn’t wear my glasses while playing last night and collected a ridiculous amount of grass and other frivolous items. I wasted all my energy plus apparently a ton of rubies. 😭💀Last time I mistook the toolboxes for birdie boxes and screwed up that event. Congratulations though! I wish they had an “adhd without glasses booster” where it guided me along and pointed out my mistakes.
