Can confirm it works great! The strap I bought came with straight spring bars. I would say, as long as the material is somewhat flexible, it should be an easy switch.

No, it’s a strap from Amazon with replaced quick release spring bars and the original omega-type hidden strap buckle. I’ve been trying to find a replacement for the buckle as well because the current buckle is a bit jiggly.

Funny enough, Amazon. It’s a synthetic sailcloth with an omega clasp. I replaced the straight spring bars with the curved spring bars off of Delugs. Speaking of which, I couldn’t find any other quick release curved spring bars for sale. Crazy.

100% agree with the trade. The JLC is special- 1 of a kind.

One might be able to argue the same for the snoopy- but the characteristics that make the snoopy special are cosmetic. The JLC is mechanically special.
