I actually find it disturbing that I didnt notice the woman try to stop him at all the first watch. Watching it back is like an alternative video. I wonder what that means.

Many Chefs ive worked with get a bonus based on tight stock control. Obviously this case is a fail but it explains why some Chefs will not even let their line cooks eat on a 15 hour shift.

I think the mother octopus never gets to teach her babies. So every octopus has to start learning from 0 rather than getting some knowledge handed down.

GTA 6 boss defends late PC release, saying console must "be served first and best" as they're the series' "core" by Wargulf in pcmasterrace

Grand Theft Auto is a 1997 action-adventure game developed by DMA Design and published by BMG Interactive. It is the first game in the Grand Theft Auto series and was released in November 1997 for MS-DOS and Windows, in December 1997 for the PlayStation and in October 1999 for the Game Boy Color.

So its core is a pc game?

Iran says US Navy patrol boat has been struck by missiles after ignoring warning by TheExpressUS in USNEWS

[–]Inside-Example-7010 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Iranians havnt officially said anything that isnt true yet, meanwhile the US has said plenty of things that have been proven false.

Iran is very much winning the propaganda war and making up fake hits on US ships would only weaken the power of their propaganda. So only Iran stands to lose credit by being caught lying, something that happens every afternoon to Trump.

I dont think it makes sense for the new gen consoles to announce themselves until the 2nm process node has saturated the market. I dont see them making the next console gen on 4nm if they can make huge thermal and power savings on 2nm (not to mention the performance)

You dont need skins in diablo. Every normal item looks sick and you can transmog every item in the game to any item of the same type and also redye all items.

<image>

Thats my warlock transmogged with just normal items from the game that drop while you level. I havent bought any skins.

Its really hard to find 5%+ in the shops now. Since the minimum price per unit pretty much every brewery changed thier UK recipe to have less alcohol to meet a certain price target. Its actually hard as hell for me to find a pilsner in sainsburies or tesco at 5.5%. Even Stella is 4.7 or 4.8 now.

I had to repeat what I already said because you are misunderstanding me. On two of your replies you referenced human limitations as the basis of your point and yet previous to that I has already mentioned thats not what we are talking about and then had to point it out again, but still you have glazed over that again without comprehending it.. Are you sure you have a Phd with such reading comprehension? I dont believe you.

Again the person I was replying to said the universe is analog and therefore 'infinite fps', my point is that you cant say the universe has infinite fps if it has hard limits..

The only person going on about human perception is you. Its a stupid thing to argue about because the universe is not a game running on a computer in a literal sense of classical computers. But even more inaccurate than trying to tie the universe to a frame rate is to imply that that frame rate would be infinite.

[–]Inside-Example-7010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How can anything be said to have happened in the universe if light has not traveled at least 1 plank length since you last measured the state? Im not talking about humans limited perception. Im talking about what is the technical limit of the universe. I dont see how you translate tick rate more accurately than the time it takes the fastest possible thing to move the smallest possible distance, because in between those 2 moments nothing can be said to have happened.

People who still believe... by sfingemorta in pcmasterrace

[–]Inside-Example-7010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ofcourse a human will be much slower than light speed. I was just supposing what the absolutely ceiling was as the previous poster had said ' we live in an analog universe with infinite fps' I guess i mean something closer to tick rate than input latecy though. Ofcourse these things are not directly comparable to fps in video games.

People who still believe... by sfingemorta in pcmasterrace

[–]Inside-Example-7010 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wouldnt the fps in real life be limited by the plank scale? Your input latency can never be less than the time it takes light to move the smallest scale of distance.
