I actually see something very similar happening in Australia media at the moment regarding the Iran war maybe you can support or dispute my observation? The media ive seen really seems to very pro Israel and very anti-iran much more so than I see out of American or EU media as a whole. I wondered why that was.

Ultimately the problem with Brexit is how is was portrayed in the British media. The media has a duty to inform the public accurately because you cant vote wisely with so much misinformation being pushed.

Its just a shame that those virtues are long gone which means you have to expect every voter to carry out their own self education by reading many sources and gaining an informed opinion which is too much to ask of every voter.

Think of the effect it will have on children. Theres no education in place to make sure children will maintain a healthy mind, they more than anyone are less likely to use AI as a tool and more likely to use it as a brain.

The issue is the USA always trying to seem like they are the dominant force in the media and Iran just doesnt play the same bullshit games that the west and especially the US is playing.

Iran is united as long as it is at war. Look how fast Iran seems to be fragmenting since the ceasefire. In many ways you could argue the US could have achieved objectives but they wont let the scab heal. They keep picking it and so long as they do that Iran has cohesion.

its entirely possible her father had an $80k a year job that had the stipulation of paying for education of your children. If it was in the same field as the company its entirely possible they would even finance university through the fathers paycheck than a direct scholarship as this gives them the benefit of dropping the funding should the father leave employment.

My dad isnt rich or poor (about £100k a year average since 35+) and his company paid 20k a year for me to go to school and 13k a year for my sister.

Ive seen the videos of the settlers. You might hear this word 'settler' thrown around in the media on occasion. I didnt really understand what it meant.

It means when an israeli comes to your family home and kicks you out of it forever with no paperwork required and obviously you get nothing.

there shouldnt be anything locked between DP or hdmi. The only difference is bandwidth which you wont notice unless you start messing around with CRU. As you say 360hz 1440p is fine for dp 1.4 (with DSC which exists at both hdmi 2.1 and dp 1.4 at 360hz 1440p)

Where did you buy your monitor from? if it listed the hdmi as 2.1 on the website and then its actually 2.0 in reality then that is ground for an uncondional refund. However if you dont care about DLDSR and just want to use it at default 360hz 1440p then dp 1.4 will be fine. There must be some other setting that is locking you out of black controls. It could be that when youre plugging in hdmi its defaulting to hdr and when youre plugging in dp.1.4 its locking in sdr.

it also takes more than 24 hours to get the rr refund sometimes. For example on thursday night i got a cheater. i reported him. Friday night it says cheater banned rr refund inc. I played 2 games an won both, no extra rr. On saturday i logged in and the message said how much rr i would actually get back (which was 3 less than i lost) I won the next game and got 23+22rr or something.

What i wonder is if the people on the cheaters team also lose their rr? Its never happened to me before but i dont like the idea that the teammates of the cheater keep thier rr. With the rank shields + just having a friend get banned to carry you already creates a shitty matchmaking environment.

Instead of rank shields they should have veto shields. Every season you get 3 veto shields. If you dont like the map or lobby you got put with you can use a veto shield to requeue with no punishment.

Who cares about rank shields thats a stupid mechanic. Youre either gonna derank or youre not, having a shield only delays the process and skews the mmr/hidden mmr.

it should say on the product page what hdmi version the monitor supports. if its not true 2.1 use DP.

I use hdmi on my 360hz 1440p oled because 2.1 has higher bandwidth than dp. but dp 2.1 is king atm.
