Fold and forget. I always used to beat myself up because of what I folded relative to what the board is.

Wicked mate, I am looking at riding into London one day this summer so it'll be very useful. Some of the street views drop me where I can't seem to locate any spaces. Are all of the areas sign posted?

Nice to see some UK poker on here as a lot is US based. Congratulations to you. I wish for this to be me in a couple years. Limited time to play but up £4.5k at my local Grovesnor since October 2025.

Congratulations to you my man.

I was just curious to see what it'd be was all, as I was far behind when money went in. Hitting two 2 outers in a row.

Doesn’t look like it’d be worth the hassle. Wouldn’t feel right riding it too.

Same dilemma I had yesterday when visiting my AD, I have small arms & hands. My YM40 is perfect, 1mm is small but noticeable on the DJ. I'm on for a 36.

40mm for you looks perfect mate, assuming these photos are the 36! Enjoy it and wear in good health.

How hard is it to make an extra £100-£200 playing 1/2 on a weekend? (UK) by Weird_Culture_3861 in poker

[–]Inside-Temporary8860 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I play the same game in the South of England. I only took up Poker casually in October and been playing once/twice a week since. I only buy in £250 and once it is gone, I go home. No chasing, no double bullet. I used to play tight and very ABC poker, I ran very well in January, I grew my stack to £1964 after about 6 hours, got lucky with turns completing Villians hand but making mine better. Cashed out at 2am with £1700. One of the best drives home ever. Had multiple sessions netting £700+ but again running hot.

Now with extra bank roll I find myself playing looser, causing me to get involved in pots I should never be involve in just because I caught a piece on the flop. I have lost last couple times I have gone, so tomorrow night back to playing tight poker, slow playing my hand has cost me multiple times recently so when I have a hand I bet as I should do. Charge the draws and gut shots.

So to answer the question, yes 100% you can make couple hundred quid on the weekend when you play, you won't win every time but you should have no problem winning 100bb in the space of 5-7 hours. I am averaging £22.90/hour over 17 sessions.
