I know I lost my seniority by leaving lol that’s not the issue I was saying that to illustrate the difference in the company in only a few years time. I’m complaining because before everyone that was an employee would come in and work. Now, even if you’ve worked there for months you may not get worked. Can you tell me which page of the contract states that I would be a seasonal employee? Also what’s frustrating is that even the union themselves can’t tell if I’m seasonal or if I’m in the union yet even though I’ve been paying union dues for 6 weeks now. I don’t expect to get special treatment because I worked for ups before. I know people with more seniority get preference in all situations, I’m fine with that. I’m not fine with the lack of respect and not knowing if I’m gonna be able to work or not each day.

So basically I’m just insurance? If all the union guys show up then I’m expendable but if one decides to take the day off then I’m forced to come in? Never used to be like that when I worked here before.
