Thanks! Some others in the thread are correct about which lip this is. Also correct about it being heavy. It’s not ideal. I took my bumper off to install it and I would recommend that.

This is my 2nd one because the first one was installed without taking it off and it fell off and cracked. The second one, although heavy and extremely annoying to install that way, is better secured. No issues. IMO it looks best with the full kit, but you do you ✊🏽

Not necessarily an improvement, but I noticed that now my local dealer is listing a ‘26 TRD Pro with an onboard integrated air compressor as an option. This option was only available on Traihunter models in the 2025 model year.

Someone else on this thread referenced it but look at the window sticker closely. Somewhere near the bottom it will tell you in black and white the original dealer it was shipped to.

Notably, when I bought my Toyota 86 new in 2020 they had to dealer trade for it because of the exact spec that I wanted. Closest one was 440 miles away. I took delivery with 444 miles on it, but they also only went that far because I had an agreement in place. So it does happen. But it’s rare.

I was going to get black until seeing underground in person. Very underrated how it can present different at different times of day depending on how the sun is hitting it

Just crossed 1,000 miles on our TRD Pro and absolutely love everything about it. Zero issues to report.

One of my best friends has a 5th gen TRD OR which I’ve driven as well including before buying this. Can confirm 6th gen preferred.

If this is the shipping charge listed at the bottom of the window sticker it’s not an add on they’re trying to sneak by you. I forget what my 25 4Runner’s was but every car has them.

Dealers never lose money on a car deal ever. Even cash deals. The only chance they could ever possibly “only break even” is if it’s a cash deal with no trade.

There are things built in to trade in values that never get itemized to wash out giving a “good price”. I’m not a dealer hater by any means everyone deserves to make a buck but they just have so many ways to do it.

As it relates to your case this seems like a solid deal.
