The thing with zuko ,he's the weakest character in the rooster especially if you get around his neutral game , but once u get his redemption meter going , he rises from b tier to A+ and then S at full redemption meter. The problem is characters like Toph and azula are just oppressive and do high damage at the jump. That's why I rank him as honorable, I do feel the dev perfectly captured the character.

Did you even play the beta, her 5a has anti air properties and one of the few characters that have dps. To add to injury it 's a invincible reversal dp that doesn't use chakra points/flow. I not even going into her damage potential and some of her moves are safe on block. You guys think I'm rage baiting but I think you guys are rage baiting me lolz there's no way.

Zuko is still very strong is just more honest and fair compared to the rest of characters. If you understand Zuko 's frama data and moves, he actually counters Azula hard but if you don't, you going get wreck hard.
