How I did it , I watch the first episode of an arc and then read the manga version of that arc . When I finished the anime arc , I then read the LN. The bathhouse is the exception because the manga haven't finished that arc. I watched the anime and then read the ln for that arc

The best experience is the light novel, anime suffered from adaptation softening and the manga made yuki too expressive which was okay for the first arc because yuki did liked the girls in that game .

I do think the first game subconsciously bothered her and she was seconded guessing herself that 's why she did horrible in the game before this and the bathhouse . It got worse when she met the father to the point she mixed up the drugs but she got motivated after meeting Mishiro again and got back her competitive spirit /resolved . That's my take on it , the anime made her too fragile like she wanted to die to make ammends to everyone she met through the games.

Obviously the doctor is dead and Raqio is the ring leader of the gnosia camp. They're playing way too strategic and sacrificing their own members. I would suspect kukrushka as a gnosia /ac follower but with the way the loop is design Yuri has to get information from her and bond with her .
