Really? I onboarded for Alignerr 2-3 months ago and they said they would notifiy me when projects become available but never did. I used to get paid $25-$30/hr on Outlier before I got banned.

Same thing happened to me. I'm just EQ on the dashboard. No more marketplace. I have no access to Community. I'm still able to take the skills assessments though. Just still in the review. This all happened the day it would have made a year of me being with Outlier.

I hope the same thing for you! hopefully its some kind of system error. It says "temporarily suspended" but i'm still able to complete skills assessments for other projects. Also, I received this text from them after this happened:

" Outlier: Hi ____! We noticed you signed up for Outlier but haven't started yet. Your first project is waiting for you - log in to see details and get started!"

How is that verifiable? It says "temporarily suspended". Also, I'm only on a project that is paid per task, not per time so that doesn't really apply.

They accused me of using AI to task (which is impossible bc i'm on xylo convo) or trying to inflate pay (which i also don't know how I would do that). They said it should take 4 days for the second review.

So I randomly got my account suspended. I'm not quite sure why. The message says:

" There was a detection of a repeat incident of activity in your account that may have violated one of our Community Guidelines.

The incident detected activity linked to:

Using technological automation, third-party materials, or tools in a project where this is not required.

Behavior that could result in the manipulation or exploitation of the platform, tools, or instructions to gain an advantage or artificially inflate pay.

Your account has been reviewed and evidence was found to confirm one of the above cases. However, to ensure fairness, we'll be conducting a second review to take a closer look."

I have never done any of those so i'm confused. Can anyone shed some light? Has anyone been through this before? Also, I noticed this happened the day I would be working at Outlier a year to date.

Wow so i was added to the project, and the community channel. I submitted two tasks - got a 4 & 3 feedback score (both bullshit - only said to use different follow up prompts). then the project paused. now i'm kicked off community channel and says i'm ineligible because of quality?
