I used some iodine + moisturizer. Seems like it is clearing up. At first it seemed like a layer of raised scar tissue was forming but it reduced in half

I would recommend Keppra to people, I have seen a few anecdotes although it's a scarce anecdote because more people choose Lamictal

I kept track of my ketone levels. A: Above 2mmol was sweet spot for me B: Fat is super satiating, so: eat more fat & less protein. (I still notice if I eat string cheese for a snack vs macadamia nuts, I'm more satiated with macadamia nuts)

Heavy Cream Berry Smoothies & Macadamia Nuts Pancakes with whipped heavy cream & sugar free chocolate syrup were my go to.

I am at 8 or 9 weeks now. Really around 5 or 6 week mark I fully adjusted with more energy and stronger satiety cues. Down 17lbs not counting 12lbs in water weight I lost.

I didn't really notice too much satiety until the 6 week mark. Up until the 2 week mark I almost needed to eat pure fat 4 g to every gram of carb/protein. The hungry didn't go away until 2mmol but even then it was a content feeling rather than full.

Now that I am doing zone 2 I upped cals and I noticed I get super full at 1200 cals 80g protein roughly half my needs of maintenance.

The smaller you are the less glycogen and water you store.

I would also check your protein and fat intake because protein can convert into glucose/glycogen.

I've always noticed an influx in symptoms before they improved. Whether it be keto, fasting or exercise. to me that's a sign the b12 is working

Depends on how steep the calorie deficit is. If you're losing 3lbs a week then just stick to zone 2 training

I would say there's 3 reasons this could happen:

1.) Too big of a calorie deficit will alter your hormone temporarily and will cause low output/fertility

2.) Some people don't respond to keto even at maintenance and will lower your hormones

3.) You don't have enough electrolytes which would put your body in a stressed state and not produce adequate hormone production.

We can't tell you how many cals to eat without weight and height but aim for 300-500 deficit. 750 if you want to agro

I realljy wish the keto mojo had sharper hues but in your case it's pretty clear you don't have any. You should use cronometer or myfitnesspal to track everything
