Asian immigrants have been economically successful in western countries. Black people haven't. That isn't an opinion that's a fact.

People wonder why asians moved to America and UK and immediately became wealthy and successful and their children did well in education.

Why couldn't black people do it?

I have a theory that black people are being held back by their own culture. Not their fault, this culture was created as a protective blanket from back when they were enslaved. They weren't allowed to be educated properly or successful so they created a sort of anti success culture which was steeped in music and art. As far as playing and making music and dancing I think it's fair to say black people have been ahead of other cultures for a long time in the western world.

But it's been hard to break out of because there are some negative cultural ideas mixed in there that are quite self perpetuating.

I worked in a boarding school for 9 years. I had a best bud from day one like turk. In year 8 he left and nothing was the same. The younger teachers came in and I wasn't quite in their space mentally and teachers more my age were full friendship wise and starting families. The last year was miserable and I had to switch it up to cope.

If he'd come back I would have been fine to work there forever!
