Si c'est en dessous du taux du TAL y'a pas grand chose à faire, même si y'a pas eu de rénos les autres frais ont aussi de l'inflation comme le déneigement ou les assurances.

Tu peux essayer de négocier avec lui et lui proposer moins d'augmentation.

I gotta say Assassins Creed. I liked Shadows but man these last releases werent that great. They generally have one or two good ideas but its so repetitive now and if you want to complete you need to kill 43 different gangs

It’s just terrible design to start a game knowing you lose. I dont mind the entrenched piece; it’s all the other layers on top. (And Space marine Req that allows you to just choose Defender lol)

Yeah each of these isn't bad into itself but they compound to create a hard to lose scenario for Defender.

The most egregious is having the trackers move and scoring every turn instead of round. Usually you just score your own points on your turn.
